# Scheduling Connectors Five scheduling connectors, doing three genuinely different jobs. Pick by the job, not by the logo. You may not need any of them. [Intelligent Scheduling](https://www.withsurface.com/docs/platform/scheduling/overview) books meetings natively inside the form, with no per-seat pricing and no booking cap. These connectors are for when the calendar has to stay where it is. ## Calendly [#calendly] *"Integrate with Calendly to schedule meetings with your customers."* OAuth from the **Integrations** screen. Once connected, a Calendly scheduler can be a step in a form: the visitor picks a time without leaving the page. **Watch the card's description.** If webhook setup failed during connection, the card stops saying "Integrate with Calendly..." and starts saying *"Calendly connected, but webhook setup failed. Meeting capture may rely on polling."* That is not cosmetic: it means bookings reach Surface late rather than immediately. Reconnect if you see it. ## Cal.com [#calcom] *"Integrate with Cal.com to schedule meetings with your customers."* OAuth, same shape as Calendly, same scheduler-step role in a form. No webhook health caveat on this one. ## Zoom [#zoom] *"Register leads for Zoom meetings and webinars directly from your forms."* Not a scheduler. Zoom's job here is **registration**: one workflow action, **Zoom Create Meeting Registrant**, which enrols the person who submitted the form into an existing Zoom meeting or webinar. Use it for events, not for one-to-one booking. ## Zoom Scheduler [#zoom-scheduler] *"Receive booking data (host email, meeting times) from Zoom Scheduler via webhook."* The one that only listens. It does not put a scheduler in your form and it does not book anything. It receives bookings made elsewhere, so meetings booked through Zoom Scheduler still land in [Meetings](https://www.withsurface.com/docs/platform/scheduling/meetings). Connecting is **Configure**, not **Authenticate**: you paste the **Secret Token** from your Zoom App's webhook configuration, which Surface uses to verify incoming events. Its Docs button points at [Zoom's own embed documentation](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/zoom-scheduler/embed/), because the setup that matters happens on their side. ## Revenue Hero [#revenue-hero] Two different things share this name, and only one of them works. * **The Integrations card is coming soon.** No backend behind it. * **The scheduler embed is real.** Revenue Hero is one of the calendar types a form's scheduler step accepts, alongside Surface, Calendly, HubSpot, Cal.com, SavvyCal, Reclaim.ai, Clari, ChiliCal and Zoom. So if you want Revenue Hero in a form, you already can.
