Meetings
Every booked meeting, what happened to it, and how it is distributed across the team.
Surface tracks every booked meeting alongside the lead record, not only in a calendar.

The Four States
Meetings are listed under their own tab per state.
| State | What it is |
|---|---|
| Upcoming | Booked and still ahead of you. Carries a join link, a reschedule link and a cancel link |
| Completed | The meeting happened |
| No-shows | Booked, not attended |
| Cancelled | Called off before it happened |
Each row shows the lead (linked into the leads table), their score, the scheduler that produced the booking, the date, the duration and the location. You can filter by rep.
Distribution Report
The per-team view: total booked, and the split into completed, upcoming, cancelled and no-shows, for a month, quarter, year or custom range.
Underneath, the same split per rep, next to the round-robin weight each one carries. A rep with a heavy weight and a low completed share is a routing question, not a performance one.
What to Watch
No-shows clustered on one rep. Usually a calendar or timezone misconfiguration rather than anything about the leads.
No-shows clustered on one source. Curious traffic rather than in-market traffic. Check that source's score distribution in traffic analytics.
Meetings booked by source. Which forms, campaigns and landing pages actually produce meetings, in the conversion funnel and traffic analytics.
SAM can answer meetings booked questions, because booked meetings are part of the lead and funnel data its tools reach: "rank our blog posts by meetings booked" or "which landing pages convert visitors into meetings best?". It has no tool for the completed, no-show and cancelled states, so ask those in the app. See the prompt library.
Closing the Loop
Meeting and deal outcomes flow back through System Agents. That write-back is what lets scoring learn whether a score was right.
Routing
Who takes a qualified lead: the rules Surface routes on, and how to configure them without fighting the ownership your sales team already has.
Directory
Every system Surface connects to today, across CRM, communication, scheduling, automation, ads and enrichment, and where each one is documented.
